Das Cubietruck (Cubieboard 3) ist das dritte Board des Cubieteams. Es handelt sich um ein neues PCB Modell mit einem Allwinner A20 Chip, der auch beim Cubieboard 2 verwendet wurde. Gegenüber dem Cubieboard 2 kommt es aber mit ein paar speziellen Features wie einem 2 GB Speicher, einer onboard VGA-Display-Schnittstelle, Wifi und Bluethooth onboard, einer SPDIF-Audio-Schnittstelle, Unterstützung von LiPo-Batterien, RTC und 1000M NIC.
